Rosso Mandarino
Rosso Mandarino is Art for the Love of Art or Ars Gratia Artis, a Latin phrase by Thèophile Gautier, the great French writer of the romantic nineteenth century.
Rosso Mandarino is a wine that makes beauty its priority, it is an intense, refined and rich in culture wine, obtained from three Friulian red wines.
The name of the wine derives from a series of curious suggestions and coincidences that led to the rediscovery of the history of a Chinese, Mandarin, a literary officer of Imperial China, who came to Europe to discover culture and wines. In a small vineyard in Friuli-Venezia Giulia he tasted a magical red, a secret blend that conquered him.
Rosso Mandarino is the wine of Artists: it is donated to thoese who perform on the stage of the Teatro Accademia di Conegliano (TV).
